私たちが主に陸の設計を担当させていただいているチームが、「新港第1・2突堤間水域のマリーナ及び周辺緑地整備・運営事業」の優先交渉権者に選定されました。このプロジェクトの対岸となる神港第二突堤では、「みなと緑地PPP」の第一号案件となる、現在私たちが設計し工事中の「港の丘プロジェクト」が進行中です。今回のプロジェクトと合わせて、港町神戸において広く海を囲める、屋外劇場のような港の拠点となることを目指します。
The team that we are mainly in charge of designing the land has been selected as the developer and operator of the Kobe Port Shinko Pier West Area Marina. At Shinko Pier No. 2, which is on the opposite bank of this project, we are currently working on the Minato no Oka Project, which we designed and are currently under construction as the first project of the Minato Ryokuchi PPP. Together with this project, we aim to create a port hub like an outdoor theater that surrounds the sea in the port city of Kobe.
