The current issue of GA JAPAN 192 Summary and Outlook features an interview with Yo Shimada and the Kobe Station Plaza project that we have been working on designing.
私たちが主に陸の設計を担当させていただいているチームが、「新港第1・2突堤間水域のマリーナ及び周辺緑地整備・運営事業」の優先交渉権者に選定されました。このプロジェクトの対岸となる神港第二突堤では、「みなと緑地PPP」の第一号案件となる、現在私たちが設計し工事中の「港の丘プロジェクト」が進行中です。今回のプロジェクトと合わせて、港町神戸において広く海を囲める、屋外劇場のような港の拠点となることを目指します。
The team that we are mainly in charge of designing the land has been selected as the developer and operator of the Kobe Port Shinko Pier West Area Marina. At Shinko Pier No. 2, which is on the opposite bank of this project, we are currently working on the Minato no Oka Project, which we designed and are currently under construction as the first project of the Minato Ryokuchi PPP. Together with this project, we aim to create a port hub like an outdoor theater that surrounds the sea in the port city of Kobe.

円側の家がTHE HOUSE OF GREEN（gestalten ）に掲載されています。
神戸で設計を進めてきました、新港第2突堤南端の「（仮称）港の丘プロジェクト」が正式に発表されました。このプロジェクトは全国で初めて、みなと緑地におけるPPP事業として認定された官民連携の計画です。現在建設が進む神戸アリーナの南に、瀬戸内海と六甲山系の山並み双方の雄大性と接続する緑の丘のような建築です。2025年４月竣工予定。
なお建築計画の詳細については、現在開催中の『PLOT 設計のプロセス』展に出展中ですので、是非ご覧いただけたら嬉しいです。

The ``Minato no Oka Project'' (tentative name) for the southern end of the second jetty of the new port, which has been designed in Kobe, has been officially announced. This project is the first public-private partnership plan in Japan to be certified as a PPP project in Minato Ryokuchi. Located south of Kobe Arena, which is currently under construction, this building resembles a green hill that connects to the grandeur of both the Sea and the Mountain Range. Scheduled for completion in April 2025.
For more information on the architectural plan, we are currently exhibiting it at the ``PLOT Design Process'' exhibition, so please take a look.
